Welcome to Ai Gallery Stream! By using our Roku app, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using Ai Gallery Stream, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

- Intellectual Property. Ai Gallery Stream is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from our app without our prior written consent.
- User Content. You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, publish, or display on our app. By uploading, publishing, or displaying any content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content in any format or medium.
- Privacy. We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
- Termination. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Ai Gallery Stream at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms and conditions.
- Disclaimer of Warranties. Ai Gallery Stream is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Ai Gallery Stream, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
- Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of USA.
- Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ai Gallery Stream with respect to the use of our app.
